Return and Refund Policy

Returns: If you need to return an item, please contact Johnson Trailer Parts within 15 days of receiving your item. Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply, which will be deducted from your refund.

Note: Downloadable trailer plans are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Refunds: If you return an item within 15 days, we will refund your payment to the original payment method after we receive the item back. Please note that we do not refund the original or return shipping costs, and these will be the responsibility of the buyer. Sale items and downloadable trailer plans are not eligible for refunds. Refunds might take a few days to appear in your account.

Return Shipping: Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
