Free Shipping: Our larger kits qualify for free shipping to commercial business addresses in the lower 48 states. Be aware that extra charges will be incurred for deliveries to residential addresses, as well as those requiring UPS, FedEx, lift-gate services, or sent to remote locations. However, most small items are eligible for free shipping directly to residential addresses.

Commercial Address Requirement: For orders qualifying for free shipping, the delivery address must be commercially zoned. If the address is zoned residential, an additional fee will be charged. Orders will be delivered via freight trucks on a shipping pallet, and you are responsible for unloading the items using a forklift or by hand. Should you opt for the freight company’s lift-gate service, you will be charged an additional lift-gate fee.

Handling: Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing after the full payment has been received. For large orders such as axles, hoist kits, and trailer part kits, we will confirm each order before shipment. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time:

  • Large Items: Once shipped, products may take 5-10 business days to arrive.
  • Small Items: Once shipped, products may take 2-5 business days to arrive.

Damaged or Missing Items: In case of any damage during shipping, such as damage to the grease caps on the ends of trailer axles, please do not refuse the order. Instead, contact us immediately, and we will ship replacement grease caps to you free of charge. Missing items? Contact us right away so we can resolve this quickly for you.
