Free Shipping

Our larger kits qualify for free shipping to commercial business addresses in the lower 48 states. Most small items are also eligible for free shipping directly to residential addresses.

Please note: Extra charges will apply for deliveries to residential addresses, orders requiring UPS, FedEx, or lift-gate services, and shipments to remote locations.

Commercial Address Requirement

For orders qualifying for free shipping, the delivery address must be commercially zoned. If the address is zoned residential, an additional fee will be charged. Orders are delivered via freight truck on a shipping pallet — you are responsible for unloading using a forklift or by hand. If you require the freight company’s lift-gate service, an additional lift-gate fee will apply.

Order Processing

Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing after full payment is received. For large orders such as axles, hoist kits, and trailer parts kits, we will confirm each order before shipment. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Times

  • Large Items: 5-10 business days after shipment
  • Small Items: 2-5 business days after shipment

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged — for example, damage to grease caps on trailer axles — please do not refuse the delivery. Contact us immediately and we will ship replacement parts to you free of charge. For missing items, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue quickly.
